Every passenger and every kilometer driven has a purpose and an achievement behind it.** **Rode Rotas is seeking a professional to strengthen our Purchasing team and directly contribute to the efficiency of our operations. We are looking for an analytical, organized individual with strong negotiation skills and interest in working in a strategic sector for company performance.** **Responsibilities:** * Create, quote, and track purchase orders; * Conduct price negotiations and monitor delivery timelines; * Prospect suppliers and conduct strategic negotiations; * Monitor replenishment needs and identify consumption patterns; * Control the daily budget allocated for purchases and payments; * Perform systemic data analysis to support decision-making; * Interact with suppliers and internal departments, ensuring clear and effective communication. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields; * Knowledge of procurement strategies and best practices in negotiation; * Experience with Excel and ERP systems; * Problem-solving aptitude; * Data analysis and decision-making capability; * Proactivity, initiative, and strong emotional intelligence; * Ability to work under pressure and handle dynamic demands; * Strong interpersonal communication and supplier relationship skills; * Knowledge of heavy-duty parts will be considered a plus. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: Starting from R$3\.508,58 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
