




Job Summary: Responsible for the entire procurement process of general and specific civil construction items, ensuring agility, control, and cost-effectiveness, as well as managing suppliers and inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for the procurement process of general and civil construction items. 2. Conducts quotations, negotiations with suppliers, and deadline management. 3. Supports daily departmental demands with attention to detail and time management. Carry out the procurement process for general items, acquisition of materials, PPEs, uniforms, cleaning supplies, administrative facility maintenance, and products for civil construction, ensuring agility, control, and cost-effectiveness in purchasing. Perform quotations and negotiations with suppliers, verify invoices against purchase orders, monitor delivery deadlines, develop and maintain supplier relationships, update procurement spreadsheets and reports, manage minimum inventory levels of materials while collaborating with cleaning and maintenance teams—i.e., support daily departmental demands and maintain process flow per company procedures. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure budget accuracy. Effective time management to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
