Job Summary: Responsible for planning, requesting quotations for, and procuring materials; leasing equipment; drafting supplier contracts; and monitoring material receipt and inspection. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic planning and procurement of materials and equipment 2. Development and management of supplier and subcontractor contracts 3. Quality monitoring and cost control in material procurement **Responsibilities:** * Issue and verify material requisitions and purchase orders; \- * Plan, request quotations for, and procure approved materials and lease equipment, as authorized by the Site Manager/Project Manager; * Draft supplier and subcontractor contracts according to standard templates and their respective measurements, with support from site engineering; * Conduct / monitor material receipt and inspection, and complete relevant forms and records for controlled materials under the quality management system; * Finalize purchases considering optimal price, payment terms, and delivery schedule to control company costs.
