Job Summary: Responsible for the strategic management of procurement categories and acquisition of materials and services, aiming for optimization and innovation. Key Highlights: 1. Development of new suppliers and solutions Mission Responsible for procurement category management, acquisition of materials and services, development of new suppliers, issuance of reports, KPIs, and macro-market analyses, issuance of supply contracts and agreements, business simplification, identification and development of best practices and tools, benchmarking, and determination of the optimal sourcing strategy for the category—always aiming to optimize quality, customer service, and total cost of ownership—while supporting Citrosuco’s core business values and integration with end users. What You Will Do * Negotiate and manage strategic contracts; * Support budget structuring with the finance/economics team; * Act as custodian of Procurement processes and policies; * Take ownership in leading strategic projects and initiatives; * Build healthy and long-lasting partnerships with stakeholders. * Manage procurement categories. * Responsible for Industrial Services procurement. * Prospect and develop new suppliers. * Develop new business models and solutions. * Issue reports, KPIs, supply contracts, and agreements. * Identify and develop best practices and tools. * Actively engage and participate in Procurement-related processes interfacing with other departments; * Monitor major trends in the supply market. What We Seek * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Desired language: Intermediate English. * Experience with integrated systems (SAP/Ariba/COUPA). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
