**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Lead end-to-end management of highly complex industrial projects, from conception through final delivery (end\-to\-end), ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality;
* Plan, develop, and implement Project Management Plans covering all disciplines: scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, communications, procurement, and stakeholders;
* Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning), promoting cross-functional alignment and process efficiency;
* Strategically address problem resolution, anticipate risks, and propose effective solutions to mitigate project impacts;
* Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers, monitoring technical performance, deadlines, and contractual compliance;
* Lead interface with clients and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, assertive, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle;
* Monitor and control project performance using KPIs, executive reports, and management tools;
* Ensure proper change management, assessing impacts and guiding formal approval processes;
* Promote integration among processes, people, and technologies, ensuring standardization and continuous improvement of project management practices;
* Oversee project governance, ensuring adherence to methodologies, technical standards, safety requirements, and compliance;
* Lead team development and capacity-building initiatives, fostering high performance and a results-oriented culture;
* Support definition of execution strategies for industrial projects, especially in greenfield implementation environments, including construction planning, logistics, and mobilization;
* Supervise field activities (where applicable), ensuring alignment with planning and compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards;
* Prepare and present managerial and executive reports to senior leadership, providing a consolidated view of the portfolio or projects under responsibility.
**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields);
* Minimum 10 years of experience managing medium- and large-scale industrial projects;
* Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams;
* Hands-on experience managing end\-to\-end projects (engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning);
* Experience in project planning and control (schedule, cost, scope, and risks);
* Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK or equivalent);
* Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools for scheduling/cost control;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Familiarity with AutoCAD (project reading/interpretation level);
* Experience managing contracts and suppliers;
* Willingness to travel and work on-site (as required).
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Engineering, or related fields;
* Knowledge of Power BI;
* Familiarity with integrated project management software (ERP\-SAP, Oracle, or similar);
* Experience in greenfield industrial projects;
* Experience in EPC/EPCM environments;
* Experience in sectors such as steelmaking, mining, oil & gas, energy, or heavy manufacturing;
* Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking);
* Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to engineering projects (where applicable).
