Health and well-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsTreated** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Manage planning and execution of engineering projects—from concept through commissioning, validations, and qualifications—monitoring adherence to physical and financial schedules while ensuring quality for each activity or project; * Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring cell-based teamwork and timely delivery by multidisciplinary areas; * Manage separate project packages by area, exercising indirect leadership over engineering resources; * Drive continuous improvement of the overall engineering process, acting as an agent of change; * Identify innovative solutions to potential challenges faced by partner areas, thereby ensuring continuous improvement of industrial processes; * Propose and implement technical solutions, assist in cost estimation for project requirements, monitor project development, participate in meetings with technical teams, and submit requests to other departments (maintenance, automation, issuance of PM notes, etc.); * Ensure proper documentation, internal regulations, and external regulatory compliance related to projects; * Participate in supplier visits and audits to assess suppliers, evaluate equipment manufacturing progress, conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT); * Draft tender documents, detailed project specifications for areas and equipment, RFP clarifications, and participate in URS activities; * Evaluate and draft technical contractual clauses for procurement and construction related to projects; * Conduct risk analysis for projects together with multidisciplinary areas; * Closely monitor construction works and deliveries related to projects. **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering with active CREA registration; * Experience managing medium-complexity projects; * Experience with projects related to production areas: manufacturing equipment, purified water systems, reactor tanks, and cleanrooms; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Project; * Knowledge of legal requirements applicable to pharmaceutical projects (ANVISA, CETESB, CB, Municipal Authorities, etc.) **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Knowledge of projects related to pharmaceutical/chemical production areas, pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, utilities (PW and WFI, tanks and reactors, cleanrooms, HVAC systems for classified areas, steam, chilled water, hot water, compressed air) **Additional information** **\+ Information** Work Location: Embu – SP (On-site model / with possibility of hybrid work); Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Flexible schedule (start time between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., end time between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.) **For Libbs employees** * Applications accepted until **01/16/2026**; * Differentiating requirements may be prioritized during candidate selection for the next stage; * Simultaneous participation in multiple internal selection processes is not permitted. **Benefits for you!** * Meal voucher; * Food voucher; * 100% coverage for Libbs medications; * Pharmacy benefit plan – Vidalink; * PPR – Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Parking, transportation voucher, or shuttle service (applicable only for shift-based roles); * Flexible benefits (life insurance, private pension, medical assistance, dental assistance, food allowance).
