If you believe in a world where everyone has the opportunity to drive their own lives, come be \#Kover! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and ensure execution of the daily work plan, monitoring team activities and ensuring objectives are met efficiently. * Conduct daily alignments and communications, facilitating clear and effective communication among team members and promoting a collaborative environment. * Maintain organization and execution standards, ensuring the workplace remains orderly and standards are strictly followed. * Manage and develop the team, monitoring performance and providing feedback for professional development. * Promote workplace safety, ensuring all regulations are followed and prioritizing employee health and safety. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives, proposing and applying process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity using methodologies such as PDCA, Six Sigma, and others. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical fields (completed or in progress) is preferred. * A technical diploma is not mandatory, but basic mechanical maintenance knowledge is desirable (not necessarily automotive-specific). * Logical reasoning and ability to communicate clearly and concisely. * Leadership-oriented profile focused on team development, with foundational knowledge in people management. * Preference for candidates who value continuous development over command-and-control approaches. * Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative environment. * Commitment to technically upskilling team members and supporting their professional growth. * Basic knowledge of root cause analysis and problem-solving tools. * Skill in proposing process improvements with an analytical and critical mindset. * Flexibility to work on a 6x1 schedule, including holidays, with Sundays off. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** **Birthday Day Off:** On your special day, you get a paid day off to celebrate however you like. **Life Insurance:** To protect our greatest asset: our Kovers. **Health Plan:** Taking care of yourself and staying well matters. **Dental Plan:** So you can flash that beautiful smile! **Flash Card:** Your meal allowance (VR) and/or food allowance (VA) on a single card!
