Health and well-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsTreated** **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Operate all machines with distinct technologies, master setup procedures, adjustments, and the ability to share knowledge; supply required materials; monitor production; ensure proper equipment operation; detect issues and collaborate with maintenance when necessary to support interventions and root cause analysis, thereby ensuring product manufacturing quality and line performance targets; * Be responsible for cleaning and operating the production line—including machines, equipment, and utensils—during SETUP and operation; perform hygiene procedures on equipment, production machines, utensils, and the environment using specific cleaning agents; verify their integrity and working conditions; mark verified items on the checklist form and complete the document to release the line and ensure adherence to the production plan and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards; * Be responsible for inspecting products from the production lines at the beginning, during, and at the end of the production process; perform physical tests; record information to ensure product quality; and forward samples to the Quality Control department for required analyses; * Be responsible for the production process, ensuring original conditions, physical attributes, and product quality; inspect for damages or modifications to guarantee that the production process phase meets required specifications; * Monitor validation and development tests for new product manufacturing processes by producing pilot batches; monitor preventive maintenance on area equipment; and execute tests of new materials and tooling, documenting all performed tests to maintain test history and reliability; * Support your immediate supervisor regarding production scheduling control, document closure, and investigation of production deviations, when necessary; * Ensure counting and reconciliation of production material rejects, properly dispose of production rejects, complete all relevant documentation, transport rejects to the production scrap area, and inform cleaning personnel to take appropriate actions—thus preventing mixing of approved products with rejected ones; * Perform diverse production processes and detect issues, collaborating with maintenance when necessary to support interventions and root cause analysis; fully handle production inputs according to manufacturing techniques to obtain bulk material for the next phase. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To participate in our selection process:** * Completed High School education; * Prior experience in handling solid hormonal compounds; * Experience in sterile processes and general bed operations is a plus; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Familiarity with gowning routines, including use of air hoods. **Additional Information** **\+ Additional Information** Work Location: Embu das Artes \- São Paulo Shift: **Night Shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 5 days/2 days off) or Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM to 10:20 PM, 6 days/1 day off)** **Benefits for You!** * Meal Voucher; * Food Voucher; * Libbs Medications \- 100%; * Pharmacy Benefit Plan – Vidalink; * PPR \- Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Parking, transportation voucher, or shuttle service (applicable for shift-based roles and subject to availability of routes serving regions located within a straight-line radius of up to 40 km from the facility); * Flexible benefits (life insurance, private pension, medical and dental assistance, food allowance).
