




Job Summary: Responsible for requesting quotations, negotiating with suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring the procurement cycle, collaborating closely with various internal departments. Development and updating of product and supplier master data Main Responsibilities: * Request quotations and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal commercial terms; * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire procurement cycle (requisition, approval, order, delivery, and payment); * Record and control all procurement process stages in the RM TOTVS system; * Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and quality of products/services; * Develop and maintain up-to-date product and supplier master data in the system; * Support contract drafting and compliance with internal procurement policies and standards; * Collaborate with departments such as finance, inventory, tax, and accounting to ensure accurate information flow. Requirements: * Proven experience in the procurement area; * Familiarity with the RM TOTVS system (procurement and requisition modules) — Preferred; * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, fully on-site.
