You will be responsible for the pharmacy’s entire procurement cycle—from supplier prospecting through contract management and cost optimization—ensuring product availability and profitability. Your main responsibilities will include: * **Lead and manage** the procurement team, developing and motivating team members. * **Define and execute procurement strategies** for medications, hygiene and beauty products, and other items, aligned with company objectives. * **Negotiate** with suppliers (pharmaceutical laboratories, distributors, etc.) to secure the best commercial terms, delivery timelines, and quality standards. * **Monitor and analyze** market trends, new product launches, and competitor activity to optimize the product mix. * **Manage inventory**, ensuring optimal levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, optimizing turnover and minimizing losses. * **Develop and maintain strong relationships** with key suppliers. * **Analyze procurement performance indicators (KPIs)** and prepare management reports. * **Ensure compliance** with sanitary regulations and quality standards for procured products. * **Collaborate** with sales, marketing, and logistics departments to align procurement strategies with business needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Bachelor’s degree completed** in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * **Postgraduate degree** in Procurement Management, Supply Chain, or Business is a plus. * **Proven, solid experience** in procurement, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector (pharmacy retail or distributors). * **Experience managing teams**. * **In-depth knowledge** of pharmaceutical products, ANVISA regulations, and the healthcare market dynamics. * **Advanced negotiation and contract management skills**. * **Proficiency in Microsoft Office**, especially **advanced Excel** (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and ERP systems. * **Strong analytical capability** for interpreting data, reports, and making strategic decisions. * **Business acumen** and results orientation. * **Excellent interpersonal communication**, leadership, and proactivity. **What We Seek in You:** A **strategic leader**, a **natural negotiator**, and someone with a **strong sense of responsibility**.
