Job Summary: Assist in the procurement process, obtain quotations, negotiate with suppliers, manage vendor registrations, and support cost analysis and document organization. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on organization, attention to detail, and proactivity Position: Procurement Assistant **Responsibilities:** Assist in the procurement of materials, products, and services Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines Maintain and update supplier registrations Monitor inventory levels in coordination with the responsible department Verify invoices and ensure compliance with purchase orders Support cost analysis and efforts to reduce expenses Organize documents and reports for the department **Requirements:** Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is preferred) Prior experience in procurement or administrative roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Strong communication and negotiation skills Organizational skills and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with ERP systems Knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes Behavioral Competencies: Proactivity Sense of urgency Analytical ability Teamwork Effective time management **Benefits:** Meal allowance: BRL 15.00 (Caju Benefits card) Transportation allowance **Work Location: Dionísio Torres Neighborhood** **Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break Saturdays, from 08:00 to 12:00 Compensation: BRL 1.800,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
