Support the sales team and reduce operational losses Responsibilities: * Assist in the procurement process for products * Formalize purchase orders upon request * Monitor deliveries and internal approvals * Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines * Resolve issues related to delays or discrepancies * Schedule deliveries with suppliers * Assess product replenishment needs * Prevent overstocking or stockouts * Conduct monthly inventory control (inbound and outbound) * Update spreadsheets and internal systems * Organize administrative documents * Monitor product expiration dates (FIFO) * Enter invoices into the system * Support the sales team * Reduce operational losses Requirements: * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Negotiation techniques * Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory control * Fundamental tax knowledge Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 9 months Compensation: R$2\.600,00 per month Work Location: On-site
