Opportunity to use Sienge and Excel in procurement routines **Civil construction contractor based in Campinas/SP**, active in projects under the **'My House My Life' Program (MCMV)**, seeking a professional to strengthen its Supply Chain team, ensuring **agility, control, and traceability** in procurement — preventing material shortages and construction delays. **Main Responsibilities** * Support procurement routines for **construction materials and services** (from requisition to delivery). * Receive and organize **purchase requisitions** (construction/engineering) and support **quotation processes** with suppliers. * Prepare **comparative analysis charts** (price, lead time, freight, terms, and service). * Issue and track **purchase orders**, ensuring alignment with scope and schedule. * Perform registrations/updates and data entries in **Sienge** (items, suppliers, requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders), ensuring **traceability**. * Conduct **delivery follow-up**, monitoring critical deadlines and flagging potential delays. * Support basic reconciliations of **Purchase Order vs. Invoice vs. Receipt**, forwarding discrepancies. * Organize procurement and supplier documentation, supporting standardization and compliance. Business-oriented perspective: this role serves as the “control tower” of procurement — ensuring purchases are executed correctly (in Sienge, with approvals and documented evidence) and that materials arrive on time to prevent work stoppages. **Mandatory Requirements** * Experience in administrative procurement/supply chain routines (construction industry experience preferred). * **Practical knowledge of Sienge** (data entry and procurement workflows). * **Intermediate Excel skills** (tables, filters, and comparative analysis). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication ability to enforce supplier deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **MCMV/economic housing projects**. * Familiarity with construction materials/services and item/supplier registration standardization. * Familiarity with approval workflows, documentation, and audit processes.
