




Job Summary: Procurement Assistant responsible for procurement routines, supplier relationship management, purchase order entry and tracking, as well as administrative controls and support. Administrative support for the department **Main Responsibilities:** \- Procurement and supplier routines \- Enter purchase orders with suppliers according to internal requests. \- Track purchase order status (deadlines, confirmations, and deliveries). \- Maintain relationships with suppliers and support the supply chain. \- Controls and recordkeeping \- Complete and update control spreadsheets. \- Organize and record information related to purchase orders and suppliers. \- Support in monitoring procurement deadlines, volumes, and demand. **General Support:** \- Manage other duties relevant to the position, as directed by the department. \- Provide administrative support to the procurement department. \- Follow company-defined internal procedures and standards.Procurement Assistant Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
