Experience in equipment procurement, preferably diesel-powered Description Responsible for managing procurement processes, including requesting quotations, performing comparative analyses, and preparing budgets, ensuring optimal commercial terms for the company. Will directly negotiate with suppliers to achieve quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Agility, organization, and strong analytical capability are essential to ensure process efficiency and adherence to deadlines. We seek professionals with experience in equipment procurement, preferably with affinity or practical experience in diesel-powered equipment or related fields. Responsibilities * Request quotations and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness, delivery time, and quality * Prepare and analyze budgets, comparing technical and commercial proposals * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers * Identify and evaluate new suppliers, focusing on materials and equipment within the segment (preferably diesel-powered) * Evaluate supplier performance (delivery time, quality, cost) * Monitor purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery * Support contract management and commercial terms * Track departmental KPIs (savings, delivery time, service level) * Collaborate with internal departments to assess requirements and technical specifications.
