Collaborative work with sales, finance, and logistics teams **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT **Responsibilities** * Manage company inventory (TDL), ensuring data accuracy, organization, and reliability; * Perform goods receipt, verification, and invoice validation; * Control product inflows, outflows, and movements within the system; * Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking; * Analyze inventory turnover and define efficient product replenishment strategies; * Conduct performance analyses (ABC classification, turnover rate, coverage, stockouts, sell\-out); * Support pricing decisions by considering costs, taxes, margins, and market competitiveness; * Support supplier negotiations based on data, historical records, and performance indicators; * Develop and track procurement and inventory KPIs; * Create management reports and dashboards to support decision-making; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency gains, and process improvement; * Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal procedures related to procurement; * Collaborate with sales, finance, and logistics departments to align demand requirements; * Participate in procurement planning and demand forecasting; **Requirements:** **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields); * Experience in procurement, inventory, or planning; * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas); * Analytical mindset with strong data orientation; * Knowledge of inventory management and replenishment; * Basic understanding of taxation and margin; **Preferred Qualifications** * Power BI knowledge; * Basic programming skills (Python, SQL, etc.); * ERP experience; * Experience in statistical analysis; **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Food allowance, Transportation allowance
