Then join an excellence-driven team! **About the Area:** São Paulo Pharmacy (Depot Pharmacy, Surgical Center Pharmacy, and Infusion Pharmacy): Ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable pharmacy operations by supervising people, processes, and resources—guaranteeing compliance with legal regulations, proper control of medications and supplies, quality pharmaceutical care, and strategic support for internal and external customers’ needs. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise daily pharmacy operations, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. * Ensure proper control of medications and supplies, monitoring expiration dates, receipt, and storage of products in the pharmacy. * Supervise and guide the team (pharmacists, assistants, administrative assistants, interns, apprentices), promoting continuous training and maintaining a collaborative work environment. * Be responsible for developing instructional materials for team training. * Directly monitor procurement and stock replenishment demands, always seeking the most economically sound strategy for the service/company without compromising quality or safety in delivery. * Supervise and guide all pharmacy operations to comply with health surveillance regulations and other relevant legislation. * Monitor regulatory documentation, ensuring it remains up-to-date and valid. * Implement and improve operational processes—from creating/entering medication codes and registrations to logistics of deliveries—always aiming for efficiency and safety in operations. * Ensure smooth pharmacy functioning by supervising and supporting daily operational activities to meet established processes and agreements with internal customers. * Monitor logistics (receiving, inspection, storage, distribution, and controls) of medications and medical supplies across pharmacies under responsibility, aiming for high-quality and safe service delivery to departments and customers. * Guarantee pharmaceutical assistance in identifying Plan B options in case of medication shortages or new Group services requiring creation of new codes—supervising registrations to ensure standardization. * Monitor the NSP (Patient Safety Nucleus) Ambassador Group, ensuring pharmaceutical actions and assistance related to pharmacy-driven topics. * Participate directly in recruitment processes and interviews to build the team. * Manage the team’s electronic timekeeping system, providing guidance and support as needed. * Monitor monthly Pharmacy BSC results, ensuring timely reporting. **We seek candidates who demonstrate:** Mandatory: * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy, with active registration at the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF\-SP) and current annual dues. * Experience handling both common and controlled medications. * Knowledge of sanitary legislation and pharmacology. * Experience in supervision and people management. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable: * Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy. * Proficiency in SAP system.
