The role involves receiving, storing, displaying, and restocking perishable items such as cheeses, cured meats, butter, and similar products, ensuring their quality, freshness, expiration dates, and proper presentation. The incumbent is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the department, monitoring equipment temperatures, and maintaining product integrity in compliance with food safety regulations. They provide courteous customer service at the counter, assisting customers in product selection and answering questions. A completed elementary education is required, along with attention to detail, proactivity, and availability to work on rotating shifts.
