Involvement in structuring a new wholesale department **Operational Manager** A growing company located in Itaquera is seeking an Operational Manager for fully on-site work, leading a team and ensuring efficient execution of internal processes. We seek a dynamic professional with experience in people and operations management, capable of balancing firm leadership with close team engagement. **Location** São Paulo/SP – Itaquera (100% on-site) **Requirements** Experience in people and operational process management Experience in team leadership Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Knowledge of indicator and goal analysis (KPIs) Organizational and routine monitoring capabilities Availability for on-site work Experience in e\-commerce and shipping is a plus **Responsibilities** Manage the company's overall operations Supervise an initial team of 4 employees (with expansion planned) Monitor goals and metrics for customer service, inventory, and shipping departments Ensure compliance with internal processes Oversee purchasing, inventory, deliveries, and logistics Perform product registration Identify operational issues and propose improvements Participate in structuring the new wholesale department **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM Saturday, from 10 AM to 2 PM Total weekly workload: 44 hours Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
