Learn more about the position below and apply! **We are Aché.** **We are Strength.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Application deadline: 01/14/2026 **Job Activities and Responsibilities:** * Implement and manage the advancement of the 8 Pillars of the Operational Excellence Program (PEO – based on TPM) across manufacturing plants, logistics, Quality Directorates, and other program-related areas, including their respective systems; * Develop, review, and govern the PEO Strategic Plan; * Govern and execute projects generating financial savings for the company, with a focus on loss reduction; * Lead, guide, and train personnel on DMAIC, SMED, and PDCA improvement projects; * Build and govern the cascading of goals; * Ensure data accuracy in performance and loss indicators; * Participate in and ensure discipline in operational routines; * Promote, capture, and carry out Kaizens; * Develop and deliver training related to continuous improvement tools and culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, the following are required:** * Completed degree in Engineering or Pharmacy; * Solid experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing (Lean Production), TPM, or WCM (World Class Manufacturing); * Practical knowledge of applying, implementing, and leading excellence programs; * Advanced knowledge of OEE and daily management routines (shopfloor management/GDD); * Minimum certification as DMAIC Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma; * SMED methodology for setup time reduction; * Experience managing teams; * Availability for travel every two months between Aché plants. **Preferred qualifications:** * TPM Instructor Certification; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in production management/production engineering/maintenance/project management. **Work location:** Guarulhos – Presidente Dutra Highway, Km 222. **Work model:** On-site. **Working hours:** Mon–Thu 7:15 AM–5:00 PM; Fri 7:15 AM–12:15 PM.
