We have an opportunity for a **National Procurement Analyst**, focused on **non-productive and productive procurement**, to handle procurement control, quotation execution, and support internal departmental processes, as well as contract management and strategic negotiations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct negotiations with national suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery schedule, quality, and payment terms). * Issue purchase orders in the ERP system and monitor the entire process until final delivery. * Manage and update supplier and product master data. * Monitor procurement performance indicators (savings, lead time, SLA). * Support supplier qualification and technical evaluation in coordination with requesting departments. * Assist in cost reduction strategies and procurement process improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Procurement Analyst, with emphasis on national suppliers. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). * Strong negotiation skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset. **Additional Information** Experience managing service contracts and indirect suppliers; Experience handling interdepartmental coordination (IT, Finance, Sales, Product, etc.).
