Execute and maintain up-to-date material registration records using the system, ensuring they can be consulted and used when required, with emphasis on procurement demands from construction and engineering departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** Proficiency in CS, PIMS systems, and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Execute and monitor material and supplier partner registration routines, collaborating closely with requesting departments to ensure process efficiency, effectiveness, procedure compliance, quality, and service levels; Contribute, as needed, through analysis of reporting matrix parameters, inventory turnover, MRP replenishment, inventory coverage, obsolescence, active items, accuracy, and inventories (rotating and annual), supporting the authenticity and quality of inventory management information for warehouse manager decision-making; Contribute, as needed, to inventory execution aimed at reconciling discrepancies with accounting records and ensuring inventory item compliance; Perform, as needed, follow-up, tracking, and resolution of: unprocessed purchase requests, delayed purchase orders, receipt discrepancies, and exchange items; Manage inventory costs, focusing on intelligent inventory reduction; Act as a communication link among personnel and departments regarding operational incidents related to the warehouse and SSHE, serving as an educator and promoter of the SSHE-focused prevention culture; Support processes in achieving service level targets and goals; Contribute to annual planning and sizing of materials, supplies, equipment, and machinery to define priorities; Develop, analyze, and monitor KPIs, updating the performance dashboard via visual management; Contribute to and inspect, as needed, service delivery discrepancies; identify and develop improvements; formulate action plans; and present indicators; Develop, apply, and evaluate, as needed, MRP replenishment and utilization for MRO items and demand curves; Prepare/inspect spreadsheets and reports analyzing internal customer service levels, identifying discrepancies, and proposing solutions based on internal procedures; Monitor inventory management data through goods receipt and dispatch entries; Contribute, as needed, to inspecting the integrity of goods receipt information entered into the system; Inspect the control spreadsheet for items with expiration dates, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations; Provide technical input for warehouse material layout planning, applying storage standards and techniques to ensure workflow efficiency; Monitor item consumption to identify obsolete items and jointly implement corrective actions with the Warehouse Manager, per internal standards and regulations; Track returned materials and related handling actions, identify process failures, implement corrections, and develop/revise internal procedures; Support team development in problem/divergence resolution, updating the visual management dashboard; Support material and warehousing cost control; Support shift work schedule development and definition of tasks to be performed; Monitor employee attendance, overtime, leave days, and vacation schedules; Perform job duties in full compliance with all organizational occupational safety, health, and environmental rules and procedures, consistently using all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department; promptly report any activity posing health risks to oneself or colleagues to the immediate supervisor; Perform duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness, verified via internal and external departmental audits; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and immediately report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree; Professional experience; **Additional Information** Health insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance, transportation allowance, on-site meals, Gympass, Edupass, and Oritem.
