Your mission will be to establish the reliability of core planning parameters, ensuring that data feeding systems (e.g., o9, SAP, MDG, etc.) enables operations with maximum accuracy. You will not be a technical IT executor, but rather the guardian of planning processes and policies—guiding interface areas and ensuring information quality is treated as a strategic priority. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * **Data Governance (Business Ownership):** Translate policies into clear standards and procedures for the data lifecycle. Define "golden rules" for creation and maintenance, ensuring data governance supports Supply Chain \- Planning objectives. * **Data Quality Strategy:** Lead the monitoring strategy to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity. Implement cleansing routines focused on eliminating inconsistencies that cause noise in planning. * **Change and Process Management:** Act as a cultural transformation agent. Implement training and adoption programs so the entire organization adheres to new standards. Design and manage approval workflows (workflows) to automate and accelerate registration. * **Influence and Interface:** Guide partner areas (Commercial, Procurement, Manufacturing, Innovation) to understand their accountability across the data chain, ensuring business definitions are correctly reflected in systemic parameters. * **Strategic Monitoring:** Define data health KPIs and review rituals to identify risks to planning operations before they impact service levels or inventory. **What are the requirements?** * **Experience leading processes or projects** in Master Data, Supply Chain, or Operational Excellence. * Completed undergraduate degree. * End-to-end (E2E) systemic process vision, especially regarding registration workflows at Natura. * Experience facilitating training for diverse hierarchical levels. * Conceptual knowledge of governance and planning systems (e.g., o9, SAP, MDG), focusing on **business rules**, not technical configuration. * Intermediate/Advanced Spanish. * Knowledge of Natura’s product innovation/inactivation workflow. * Knowledge of process improvement methodologies. \#LI\-VB1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
