We do not require prior experience. What we do require is a strong desire to learn, a steady work pace, and accountability for deliverables. We are a handcrafted cutlery brand based in Rio Grande do Sul, offering premium products and operating across multiple channels (own online store, marketplaces, Instagram, WhatsApp). We are creating an opportunity to train someone from scratch — someone genuinely interested in learning the full scope of marketing and customer service for a high-performing e\-commerce business, not merely "assisting with social media". **What you will learn (with training and mentoring):** * Social media management — planning, posting, and performance analysis * Customer service (SAC) — responding, resolving issues, and caring for our customers * Video editing and creation — cuts, Reels, and Instagram content * Graphic design — ad creatives, posts, and campaign assets You don’t need to know any of this yet.
