Health and well-being guide our decisions. **\#BecauseLifeIsTreated** **Responsibilities and duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will:** * Oversee daily maintenance operations, supervising activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to established deadlines. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out within agreed-upon timelines with the company, maintaining operational efficiency. * Guarantee completion of the entire maintenance cycle—from issuing work orders to technicians through technical closure and proper documentation. * Ensure necessary resources (spare parts, labor, timelines) are available so the maintenance team can execute preventive and corrective tasks, minimizing impact on performance indicators such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). * Evaluate justifications in failure-report analyses to ensure reliability in maintenance response. * Analyze impacts of implemented improvements on production and utility equipment, and assess the effectiveness of the preventive maintenance plan in collaboration with department analysts. * Monitor procurement of maintenance items and services regarding required timelines to meet maintenance’s strategic needs. * Validate third-party technical services to confirm compliance with requested scope of work. **Requirements and qualifications** **To participate in our process:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in an industrial environment, preferably pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industries. * Knowledge of industrial production equipment and hands-on experience with maintenance routines. * Proficiency in quality tools for failure analysis, such as PDCA, root cause investigation, and risk assessment. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Broad knowledge of various models and manufacturers of production equipment. **Additional information** **\+ Details** Work location (Base): Embu das Artes \- São Paulo * Schedule: 5x2 – **Third shift:** 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM **For Libbs employees** * Applications close on **04/27/2026**; * Preferred qualifications may be prioritized during candidate selection for the next stage; * Simultaneous participation in multiple internal selection processes is not permitted. **Benefits for you!** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Libbs medications — 100%; * Pharmacy network agreement — Vidalink; * PPR — Profit and Results Sharing Program; * Parking, transportation allowance, or shuttle bus (applicable for shift-based roles and subject to availability of routes serving locations within a straight-line radius of up to 40 km from the facility); * Flexible benefits (life insurance, private pension, medical and dental assistance, meal subsidy).
