Come take a look! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and control the physical and accounting receipt of goods, ensuring compliance with relevant documentation. * Monitor and control goods to support their timely availability in line with sales volumes and agreed deadlines. * Ensure all internal employees and third-party personnel are trained and qualified to perform activities related to handling and storage, in accordance with universal handling standards. * Guarantee accurate recording of material, product, and equipment entries and exits—both received and dispatched—complying with legal requirements, internal controls, and ensuring alignment between physical and accounting records. * Identify needs and jointly develop improvement projects with your immediate supervisor, applying best practices in operations based on area-specific needs and assessments. * Maintain team motivation and ensure appropriate levels of qualification and performance by identifying training and professional development needs within your team.
