Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, controlling, and monitoring requests; executing customized operational processes; and handling scheduling, execution, and billing activities while providing feedback to customers. Control and monitoring of loading requests **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on a 5x2 rotating schedule; * Execution capability; * Effective communication; * Interpersonal skills. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, control, and monitor the queue of requests related to planned loading processes, forms for notification of pharmaceutical cargo arrivals, corrected shipments, and other cargoes under sanitary surveillance; * Execute operational processes for clients requiring customized logistics support; * Perform service scheduling, execution, and billing activities, as well as provide feedback to customers.
