More than just executing tasks, every person has the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of millions of Brazilians every day. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and ensure compliance with logistical service-level indicators (OTD, OTIF, delivery frequency, and delivery time windows); * Analyze carrier performance, distribution centers (DCs), and store replenishment operations; * Optimize routes, replenishment frequency, and allocation of logistical resources; * Interface with departments such as Supply Chain, Store Operations, and carriers; * Lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives; * Support the definition of logistical policies and distribution strategies; * Identify operational deviations and propose corrective and preventive action plans; * Ensure adherence to company-defined processes, deadlines, and standards; * Develop and monitor managerial dashboards and reports to support decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of retail logistics and distribution planning; * Proficiency in logistics KPIs (OTD, OTIF, SLA, lead time, service level); * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis); * Power BI for dashboard creation and analysis; * Basic SQL knowledge for data manipulation and extraction; * Familiarity with TMS, WMS, and logistics management systems; * Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data; * Knowledge of transport management and logistical network design; * Experience in pharmaceutical retail supply chain processes is a plus. **Additional Information** BENEFITS: * Meal allowance (per collective bargaining agreement); * Transportation allowance; * Annual bonus; * Health insurance (eligibility based on location and position); * Dental plan (voluntary enrollment); * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Pague Menos Corporate University with courses and training — Up Farma; * Gold discount at Pague Menos Pharmacies; * Pharmacy partnership program offering payroll-deducted discounts — Epharma; * Wellhub (wellness platform offering physical activity options, mindfulness, and more); * Educa Mais (personalized plans for undergraduate and graduate studies, mentorships, free courses, and language learning); * Pague Menos mobile phone SIM card; * Car rental discounts; * Airline ticket discounts; * On-site fitness classes, subject to location; We do not discriminate based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, disability, or age.
