Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for goods inspection, picking, receiving, moving goods, as well as inventory and operational routines. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics or warehouse experience is mandatory. 2. Experience operating data collectors and electric pallet jacks is a plus. 3. Responsibilities include inventory management and operational safety. **Available Work Hours:** 10:00 TO 20:00 MON-FRI **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed high school; * Prior experience in logistics or warehousing; * Knowledge of data collectors and operation of electric pallet jacks is a plus; * Forklift operator certification (when required). **Main Responsibilities:** **Goods Inspection and Picking:** * Inspect products using data collectors according to orders; * Pick and pack goods according to customer requirements; * Direct shipments to the dispatch area. **Receiving and Moving Goods:** * Unload goods and inspect received items; * Assist in moving products using manual pallet jacks or motorized equipment; * Properly allocate pallets and organize storage areas; * Assist in entering invoices into the system. **Inventory and Controls:** * Conduct inventories (cyclic, monthly, and annual); * Complete activity records and reports; * Assist in resolving operational discrepancies. **Operational Routines and Safety:** * Perform daily equipment checklists; * Replace equipment batteries and maintain the battery room in order; * Correctly use PPE and comply with safety regulations; * Participate in or conduct Daily Safety Talks (DDS) and ensure clear shift handovers.
