Fleet management and logistics cost control **LOGISTICS LEADER \| CONCRETE PRODUCTS.** **Location:** Itinga, Joinville / SC. **Responsibilities:** Lead the company's logistics operations, coordinating the transportation of raw materials and finished products; plan routes and monitor deliveries; manage inventory and goods receipt; supervise loading and material handling; issue NF\-e, CT\-e, and other fiscal documents; monitor fleet fueling and maintenance; purchase spare parts and materials; participate in driver hiring and supervision; control logistics costs and ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations. **Requirements:** Completed high school; A technical course in Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, or related fields is a plus; Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics or Transportation; Experience issuing NF\-e and CT\-e; Experience in inventory control and goods receipt; Knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate-level Excel; Driver's license category D or E is a plus; Leadership profile, organizational skills, proactivity, and focus on cost reduction. **Compensation:** **Salary:** BRL 3,000–3,500/month, depending on professional experience **Hazard Pay:** 30% **Benefits:** Complimentary meals; SESI Pharmacy benefit; Group life insurance; Birthday Day Off; BRL 70.00 birthday gift card. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
