Job Summary: Coordinate the team, manage inventory, shipments, and transportation, ensure achievement of targets and KPIs, and participate in logistics strategy with a focus on operational management and continuous improvement. Opportunity for continuous process improvement **Objective:** Coordinate the team, manage inventory, shipments, and transportation, ensure achievement of targets and KPIs, and participate in defining the logistics strategy. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operational management (receiving, warehousing, shipping) * Inventory accuracy control * Monitoring of key performance indicators (OTIF, productivity, damages) * Team leadership, training, and development * Continuous process improvement and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) * Interface with Sales, Production, Procurement, and freight carriers **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics * Proficiency in computer applications and ERP systems * Experience in the logistics field * Experience managing teams **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Logistics Compensation: R$2\.568,03 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
