Job Summary: The Operational Assistant at Transpanorama will perform daily operational control activities, logistical support, and service to internal and external customers. Key Highlights: 1. As a **Operational Assistant** at Transpanorama, you will perform the following activities: * Conduct daily quantitative control to monitor operations; * Perform monthly assessment of vehicles without billing in the first ten days and identify reasons; * Update vehicle information in the system, ensuring correct status and proper trip registration; * Provide support for controlling ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), vacations, and driver leave; * Support control of invoices, telematics, or other requests from management; * Schedule and monitor vehicles assigned to loading and unloading according to deadlines agreed with customers, when necessary; * Monitor and support customers, when necessary; * Support Logistics Operations coordinators or internal customers, when necessary; * Support external and internal customers with vehicle tracking, CTE issuance, delivery forecasts, delivery routes, driver data, and proof of delivery; * Issue CTEs for the operations you handle, enabling drivers to execute trips; * Issue fuel vouchers, analyzing the best pricing option according to the established route; * Submit monitoring requests and correct them when necessary; * Support the grid coordinator regarding return issues, invoice exchanges, damages, loading/unloading scheduling, and loading orders.
