




Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Solid experience as a Mid-Level Logistics Analyst, preferably in the manufacturing industry, in areas such as Inventory Control, Shipping, and/or General Logistics. Knowledge of inventory management, logistics KPIs, material shipping, third-party management, and continuous improvement. Intermediate/Advanced Excel – mandatory; basic knowledge of Power BI or another BI tool. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle or similar); experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of controlled chemical products or hazardous cargo; experience with Lean, Kaizen, or process improvement methodologies. Analytical and disciplined profile; attention to detail and focus on compliance. Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams; proactivity and sense of responsibility. Commitment to results; strong organizational skills. ***Responsibilities and Duties:*** Monitor and oversee finished product logistics operations at the factory, while supporting Supervision in managing processes and the outsourced team performing operational activities. Manage warehousing and shipping processes, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and fiscal regulations. Control inventory levels, product expiry dates, batches, and traceability. Analyze and monitor logistics KPIs (e.g., Operator/Carrier SLA, logistics cost, inventory accuracy, and customer complaints). Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., chemical products, SDS, emergency response sheets, and hazardous cargo identification). Support Supervision during physical inventories and audits; identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction. RESIDE IN THE ITAPEVI/SP REGION.
