




Job Summary: Responsible for restocking merchandise, organizing displays, ensuring customer safety, providing support, assisting with sales, and managing inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Sales support and inventory control **Your Mission:** * Restock merchandise on shelves/families and in "picking" areas, executing basic procedures of "full, clean, labeled, safe", maintaining correct stock location assignments in aisles, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and complying with all safety rules and procedures to ensure optimal product availability for customers; * Replace price tags and create labeling and product sample displays following the "see, understand, touch, buy" principle, keeping display stands, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the shelf; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastic, equipment, or any other items obstruct or hinder customer movement in aisle areas, thereby preventing potential accidents; * Respond promptly to checkout staff requests and provide support whenever needed to ensure fast customer service; * Engage with customers courteously, attentively, and proactively when approached, enabling sales through excellent service; * Scan visual stockouts within your assigned territory, considering the four possible causes (replenishment, inventory count, AVS's, and unscanned stockouts), to monitor available products. **Requirements to Join Our Team:** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating elevated platforms and ladders; * Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, market trends, demand, and competition; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office \- Word and Excel. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares tied to overall company performance.
