Job Description As a Junior Buyer, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of the supply chain. You will collaborate with strategic suppliers, internal customers, and other departments to secure the best components at the lowest possible cost, ensuring quality and efficiency in procurement-related logistical and administrative processes—including fleet and facilities management. Key Responsibilities * Efficiently develop and maintain the supply chain, ensuring availability of competitive and market-appropriate components. * Optimize logistical processes to improve supplier delivery times and operational efficiency. * Build and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers and internal customers to incorporate essential "know\-how" into products and services. * Participate in cross-departmental projects focused on quality improvement, cost reduction, logistics, and component localization. * Research and develop new sourcing options both locally and internationally. * Implement supplier benchmarking activities to encourage adoption of best practices. * Ensure supplier compliance with corporate policies regarding environment, health, occupational safety, and code of conduct. * Manage the local fleet, including scheduling and monitoring of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and cleaning, ensuring optimal usage and value retention. * Control inventories of office supplies, cleaning and hygiene products, and fixed assets at the branch. * Coordinate and actively participate in layout changes, facility maintenance, and civil works management. * Manage facility-related documentation and third-party service documentation (e.g., security and cleaning). * Administer payments related to facilities and fleet areas, supporting departmental financial management. * Provide support in organizing corporate events and internal activities. * Generate reports and analyses of key performance indicators (KPIs) for Procurement, Facilities, and Fleet, proposing process improvements and automation. Requirements and Experience * Completed undergraduate degree. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Intermediate English is considered a plus for managing international relationships. * Knowledge of Power BI is a differentiator for analysis and reporting. * Minimum two years of experience in supply or procurement roles, preferably with exposure to fleet and facilities management. * Essential competencies: negotiation skills, organizational ability, creativity, clear and effective communication, and capacity to build strong interpersonal relationships.
