Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly analytical professional to join our Procurement team as a Junior Buyer, handling quotations, purchase requisitions, and supplier development. We seek an organized, proactive, and highly analytical professional to join our Procurement team. **Junior Buyer** ***Preferred:\- Reside near the Boqueirão region*** ***Desirable:\- Knowledge of PPEs \- Personal Protective Equipment*** ***Key Responsibilities:*** Perform quotations and purchase requisitions for materials and services across the entire company. Receive purchase requests for materials and service contracts via the system from all company departments; Conduct quotations for materials and services with suppliers to obtain optimal price and quality; Analyze supplier quotations for potential negotiations and alignment with company requirements; Submit quotations to the department head for purchase approval; Validate required documents for purchases; Execute purchases with the selected supplier upon approval by the responsible party. Develop new suppliers of materials and services to ensure satisfactory service delivery at the lowest possible cost; **Main Responsibilities and Duties:** * Lead strategic procurement processes (materials, raw materials, and services). * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, and quality. * Develop and qualify new suppliers, mitigating operational risks. * Manage contracts and monitor compliance with agreed terms. * Monitor the market and identify cost reduction opportunities (savings). * Issue and track purchase orders in the ERP system. * Interface with internal departments (production, finance, maintenance) to align demand requirements. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree (a plus) * Prior experience in procurement/buying roles. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (control spreadsheets). * ERP system knowledge. * Experience in the \[Company’s specific industry sector]. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Meal allowance. * Transportation allowance and parking. * Healthy and positive work environment.
