Analyze market, competition, and growth opportunities Plan, coordinate, and manage the company's commercial strategies to achieve sales growth, expand the customer base, strengthen market relationships, and meet established targets, ensuring business profitability. Main Responsibilities: * Lead, develop, and supervise the sales team. * Develop strategies to increase sales and market share. * Define commercial targets and monitor performance indicators (KPIs). * Monitor individual and collective team performance, providing feedback. * Prospect new customers and strengthen relationships with strategic clients. * Participate in complex commercial negotiations. * Analyze market, competition, and growth opportunities. * Develop commercial initiatives, promotional campaigns, and customer loyalty strategies. * Prepare management reports and present results to senior management. * Monitor key metrics such as revenue, margin, average transaction value, product mix, and sales conversion rate. * Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing departments to ensure fulfillment of commercial requirements. * Ensure compliance with commercial policies and internal processes.
