Job Summary: A professional to manage inventory, ensuring organization, control, and movement of goods, as well as performing garment pressing and preparation with a focus on quality. Ability to monitor performance indicators ***Technical Requirements*** * **Systems Knowledge:** Proficiency in ERPs (integrated management systems) and Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel. * **Inventory Management:** Knowledge of counting methodologies, ABC analysis, and the 5S methodology. * **Fiscal Documentation:** Experience with verification, entry, and control of incoming and outgoing invoices. * **Logistics Processes:** Ability to receive, store, and dispatch goods. ***Behavioral Skills*** * **Leadership:** Ability to motivate, train, and delegate tasks to the team. * **Organization and Attention to Detail:** Essential to prevent losses, damages, and ensure accuracy of stored items. * **Interpersonal Communication:** Critical for aligning demands with purchasing and sales departments. * **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to monitor performance indicators such as inventory turnover and stockout rate. ***Responsibilities*** ***1\. Garment Pressing and Preparation*** Pressing and wrinkle removal: Use steam irons, presses, or appropriate equipment to remove wrinkles from garments, adjusting temperature according to the fabric composition label (silk, linen, viscose, etc.). Quality inspection: Inspect garments during the pressing process to identify possible manufacturing defects, stains, or damages. Organization and labeling: Arrange garments on hangers, apply price tags and anti-theft alarms, and package according to brand standards. ***2\. Goods Receipt and Verification (Inventory)*** Goods verification: Receive products from suppliers, verifying box quantities and packaging integrity. Invoice verification: Confirm that physical items (quantity, color, size) exactly match those described on the invoice and purchase order. Discrepancy identification: Separate and report mismatched, damaged, or defective items for return procedures. ***3\. Storage and Inventory Control*** Arrangement and binning: Store products in the warehouse in an organized and categorized manner (by collection, model, color, and size) to facilitate quick location. Inbound and outbound control: Record and log goods movement in the store’s computerized system (ERP) or control spreadsheets. Inventory: Conduct periodic physical counts to ensure system balances match physical stock, preventing shortages or overstock. ***4\. Store Support*** Replenishment and Control: Select and transfer garments from inventory to the sales floor per demand and under management guidance. Restock missing sizes on racks and shelves. Manage fitting room garments, ensuring correct return to inventory. Space organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment compliant with safety and accident prevention standards.
