Data analysis for continuous improvement and strategic actions Ensure marketplace stores operate correctly Verify that listings and their corresponding products are properly registered and linked Coordinate product registration and updates including pricing, images, descriptions, and inventory Monitor and improve key metrics such as conversion rate, traffic, average order value, ROAS, and ROI Plan promotional campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and commercial calendars Define, if necessary, pricing and shipping policies Negotiate with suppliers, partners, and marketplaces Coordinate traffic acquisition strategies (even within marketplaces) Monitor customer journey, shopping cart abandonment rate, and post-purchase satisfaction Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to resolve issues promptly Track inventory levels and product turnover Evaluate carrier performance and maintain/improve shipping and return processes Interpret sales reports, consumer behavior data, and campaign performance metrics Run A/B tests on listings and optimize conversion funnels Generate reports and propose strategic actions to improve sales and processes Coordinate teams across multiple departments—including e-commerce, logistics, and customer service—to ensure communication and alignment Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) contract Compensation: R$2.058,00 - R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
