If you are driven by challenges and wish to grow in an innovative environment, join us on this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide assistance and support in technical training and surgical skill development for medical professionals; Support internal and external course guidance, preparation, and delivery; Represent the company at congresses, trade fairs, and scientific events; Assist with administrative tasks, reception, and schedule management; Contribute to the logistical organization of events, workshops, and training activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Health-related or related fields. Specialization or courses in Training and Development, Health Education, or related areas are desirable. Experience or familiarity with technical training for medical professionals, knowledge of diagnostic tests, and experience or background in Ophthalmology are desirable. Proficiency in technological tools and experience delivering or supporting technical training is required.
