Job Summary: Ensure organization and compliance of vehicle documentation, guaranteeing agile processes for vehicle transfer and regularization, and providing efficient customer support in the after-sales phase. Manage processes with competent authorities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Saturday) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code JOB MISSION Ensure all vehicle documentation is properly organized, processed, and compliant with legal requirements, guaranteeing accurate and timely completion of transfer and regularization processes for sold vehicles, as well as providing efficient after-sales support to customers. DESCRIPTION OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Collect and organize all required documentation (CRV/CRLV, proof of residence, buyer's ID/driver's license, etc.); * Monitor and manage process progress with competent authorities (DETRAN, agents); * Ensure all transfers comply with legal requirements; * Proactively contact customers to inform them of documentation status and delivery deadlines; * Clarify questions related to vehicle documentation; * Support resolution of pending issues such as traffic fines or restrictions; * Efficiently organize and archive documentation for sold vehicles; * Assist with vehicle licensing and inspections; * Perform other related duties as requested by management. **Requirements:** MINIMUM: Completed High School education; experience in administrative routines or customer service. DESIRABLE: Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in administrative or related fields; experience in vehicle documentation processes, dealerships, agent services, or notary offices. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
