This professional will be responsible for coordinating the e-commerce platform operations, monitoring performance metrics, developing strategies for sales growth and conversion, managing promotional campaigns in collaboration with other departments, leading the team, and ensuring operational excellence of the channel. We seek an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile with experience in e-commerce management, knowledge of digital platforms (VTEX, MAGENTO), performance metrics, customer journey, and analytics tools. The position is **100% on-site**, from **Monday to Friday during business hours**, and requires the candidate to reside in the **Campinas region**.
