Strategic Procurement Management * Cost Reduction: Implement and manage projects and processes aimed at cost reduction, seeking optimal cost\-benefit (quality and economy). * Budgeting: Develop and control the procurement department’s budget. * Market Analysis: Study the market to assess current and future material availability, monitor prices, volumes, and demand. Supplier and Contract Management * Prospecting and Qualification: Identify, prospect, develop, and qualify new strategic suppliers for production inputs. * Negotiation: Conduct complex and strategic negotiations with key suppliers to secure optimal terms for price, delivery schedule, quality, and payment. * Contract Management: Draft, manage, and monitor contract execution with suppliers, ensuring compliance with all clauses and mitigating contractual risks. * Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate supplier performance (in terms of quality, on-time delivery, and service). Leadership and Processes * Team Coordination: Lead, guide, and develop the purchasing team, defining goals and performance indicators (KPIs). * Continuous Improvement: Implement new methods, systems, and processes to optimize procurement operations and increase departmental productivity. * Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, compliance standards, ethical principles, and regulations (e.g., Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment). 2512110202491913659
