Job Summary: Flowserve is seeking an intern to serve as an interface in contract management, controlling schedules and ensuring deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic environment focused on interpersonal relationships Role Summary: Flowserve is seeking an intern to serve as an interface between the contract management department. Responsibilities: Monitor contract schedules; Review the order portfolio, making all necessary adjustments (price, payment terms, agreed delivery date, etc.) so that the responsible department can release orders for billing; Work to ensure timely deliveries by interacting daily with other departments to identify bottlenecks; Report and address any failures or issues that may arise in the order workflow; Daily interface with teams from: Sales, Finance, Logistics, Planning, and Engineering; Daily interface with customers; Keep the commercial team informed about the loading and delivery schedule of orders and proposal requests; Analyze and monitor departmental reports; Other assigned duties. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree, no later than the beginning of the 4th year in 2026. Advanced Excel skills; Intermediate English; Willingness to perform administrative functions; Dynamic, enthusiastic, optimistic, and possessing strong communication skills for customer interaction; Consultative profile, articulate, and oriented toward strong interpersonal relationships; Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment. Reside in São Caetano do Sul or the Greater ABC region. Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Preferred: Proficiency in Office Suite, MS Project; Advanced English.
