Job Summary: We are seeking a consultative sales professional for prospecting, client engagement, strategic negotiation, sales metrics analysis, and customer retention, with a focus on customized solutions and value. Sales metrics analysis and CRM usage * Proactively identify new customers (leads), contact them, and qualify whether their profile aligns with the product/service. Responsible for prospecting, client engagement, and strategic negotiation, emphasizing consultative sales to identify needs and offer customized solutions aimed at customer retention. Analyze sales metrics, utilize CRM systems, and prepare reports for management on market trends and performance. Propose customized solutions that resolve the customer’s problems, focusing on value—not just price. Practice active listening and ask strategic questions to understand the customer’s pain points, desires, and real context (SPIN Selling methodology). Lead the commercial process, overcome objections, negotiate payment terms and deadlines, and finalize contracts. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and retention, and seek new opportunities (upsell/cross\-sell). * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Word), and automation tools. Technical experience in the company’s specific niche.
