Description:
Mandatory Technical Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Technician, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree or MBA in the field is a plus.
* Experience in procurement strategies for agricultural pesticides, contracts, supplier management, and procurement processes.
* Advanced knowledge of procurement process management tools and negotiation techniques.
* Knowledge of Performance Management (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Knowledge of SAP and Data Analysis Tools.

* Monitor and track procurement processes, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and conditions.
* Lead the formalization of supply contracts in partnership with the legal department, where applicable.
* Prepare managerial reports on expenditures, savings, and supplier performance, presenting\-them to senior management.
