Description: Mandatory Technical Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Technician, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in the field is a plus. * Experience in procurement strategies for agricultural pesticides, contracts, supplier management, and procurement processes. * Advanced knowledge of procurement process management tools and negotiation techniques. * Knowledge of Performance Management (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
