Job Summary: Responsible for procurement processes of materials and services, including quotation requests, negotiation with suppliers, and purchase order follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Support for the legal contract workflow **Job Mission:** Responsible for procurement processes of materials and services required by Fresenius Medical Care (Jaguariúna). **Responsibilities:** Monitor daily purchase requisitions from departments or MRP; conduct quotations as required; complete quotation comparison charts for price alignment and general Excel spreadsheets. Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and freight carriers; issue purchase orders; track orders until delivery to the company (follow-up); handle discrepancies between purchase orders and issued invoices, if applicable.
