Job Summary: A professional responsible for researching, negotiating, and managing procurement activities, ensuring material quality and compliance while supporting production. Key Highlights: 1. Researching and negotiating with suppliers for optimal cost-effectiveness. 2. Managing and tracking purchase orders and quality control. 3. Conducting market analysis and supporting production. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of procurement management systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Negotiation skills and experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Research and Negotiation: Identify and negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal cost\-effectiveness. * Purchase Order Management: Place and track purchase orders, ensuring correct delivery timelines and quantities. * Quality Control: Verify that received materials conform to specifications. * Production Support: Adjust procurement plans according to production demand and coordinate with other departments. * Market Analysis: Monitor raw material prices and market trends. * Document Management: Organize contracts and invoices related to procurement.
