Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for purchasing technical materials and/or finished products, negotiating prices and delivery timelines with suppliers, and managing inventory. This opportunity is for an office-based role supporting our Procurement and Supply Chain team. The professional will be responsible for purchasing technical materials and/or finished products, negotiating prices and delivery timelines with suppliers, and managing inventory. ***Main Responsibilities:*** * Conduct daily quotations with suppliers, negotiate prices and delivery timelines, and monitor product and/or service deliveries. * Provide support to Construction Coordinators, management, and executive leadership. * Manage purchase requests across suppliers, internal requesting departments, and the finance department. * Prepare managerial reports. ***Requirements:*** * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree. ***Technical Requirements:*** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency, with emphasis on Excel. * Experience with the Obra Prima system will be considered a plus. ***Behavioral Profile:*** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Interpersonal relationship skills, organizational ability, and results orientation. * Analytical mindset. * Problem-solving aptitude and resilience. * Agility and sense of urgency. ***Additional Information:*** * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM * South Zone – Near Cidade Ademar Subprefecture **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract **Benefits:** * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher **Work Modality:** On-site Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3.250,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
