




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and analytical International Buyer to manage quotations, negotiations, imports, and supplier development, ensuring quality and efficiency. Strategic development of new international suppliers We are looking for an **International Buyer** to join our Procurement team! **Key Responsibilities:** * • Quoting and negotiating materials and services with international suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, and quality. * • Analyzing and evaluating the technical and commercial specifications of products to ensure compliance with required quality and engineering standards. * • Monitoring the import process for raw materials and finished goods, including freight and customs clearance. * • Managing all transportation documentation and bureaucratic procedures related to imports. * • Developing and qualifying new international suppliers while maintaining strategic relationships with existing ones. * • Managing expectations of internal and external customers by clearly communicating the complexity and timelines involved in international procurement processes. * • Collaborating with other departments (Finance, Production, Tax, etc.) to ensure integration and efficiency in international procurement processes. * • Staying updated on market trends, customs legislation, and foreign trade regulations. * • Identifying opportunities to improve international procurement and logistics processes. **Professional Profile:** * Proactive; * Analytical; * Organized. * Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams; **Work Schedule:** * Availability to work Monday through Friday: 7:12 AM to 5:30 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes lunch break). **What We Expect From You:** * Proven experience as an International Buyer or Buyer of Imported Raw Materials. * In-depth knowledge of import processes, international logistics, Incoterms, and customs clearance. * Experience with ERP systems. * Advanced negotiation and communication skills in English, results-oriented. * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
